It's often difficult to pinpoint where a project or a team is struggling, and when you're on a deadline and can't afford the time to do a root cause analysis and strategically plan to address the issue, it's helpful to pull in someone to do the work for you. This service can be tailored to your needs, but the base package includes one month of work, focusing on in-depth people, process, and technology review, resulting in a report of findings and next steps.

A Fresh Perspective

Individual Strategy Session

We all face problems that need an outside viewpoint or fresh way of thinking. This service includes one-off strategy & problem-solving assistance, including a fact finding/listening session, brainstorming session, and next steps report. This service can be done as a one time engagement or engaged over time on a fee-for-service basis.

Interim or Full-time Role Fulfillment

Healthcare is too complicated and vital to go without thoughtful and action-oriented leadership. This service is available for short-medium term role fulfillment while the organization searches for a long-term solution, or for longer term role fulfilment on projects. It will include team development, ongoing plans for support, and process implementation for sustainment planning. Common requests for roles include, but are not limited to: Program Director, Operations Director, Cutover Manager, Implementation Advisor, Clinical Advisor/Strategist, Integration Architect.
