Tobin Healthcare Consulting was born from a desire to bridge the global divide in healthcare knowledge & accessibility, and desire to look at the health of an organization holistically.
People often think that change in healthcare is slow; bogged down by bureaucracy and old habits, and that the only things that can change are the interventions and treatments themselves. We challenge that in order to provide truly holistic care for populations, you have to start by managing your internal organizational health (it's the old "put your mask on before helping others" idea). Our Founder
Holly Tobin is a successful and passionate consulting executive who specializes in global healthcare strategy and digital transformation. Her 14 years of experience in healthcare have afforded her opportunities to study, direct, and design healthcare projects in over 10 countries, and guide sales discussions across the Americas and European regions. She has spent most of her career directing large-scale healthcare transformation efforts across the globe, directing teams and driving organizational efficiencies in various organization types and sizes. She leverages her passion for healthcare and sustainability to improve the experience for patients and caregivers by creatively assessing opportunities and finding areas for continuous improvement. Holly has a track record of building advanced, sustainable teams that thrive in the workplace, build productive relationships, and produce tools needed to allow a more holistic and experience-driven approach to healthcare.
