Tobin Healthcare Consulting was born from a desire to bridge the global divide in healthcare knowledge & accessibility, and desire to look at the health of an organization holistically.​

People often think that change in healthcare is slow; bogged down by bureaucracy and old habits, and that the only things that can change are the interventions and treatments themselves. We challenge that in order to provide truly holistic care for populations, you have to start by managing your internal organizational health (it's the old "put your mask on before helping others" idea). Our Founder

Holly Tobin is a successful and passionate consulting executive who specializes in global healthcare strategy and digital transformation. Her 14 years of experience in healthcare have afforded her opportunities to study, direct, and design healthcare projects in over 10 countries, and guide sales discussions across the Americas and European regions. She has spent most of her career directing large-scale healthcare transformation efforts across the globe, directing teams and driving organizational efficiencies in various organization types and sizes. She leverages her passion for healthcare and sustainability to  improve the experience for patients and caregivers by creatively assessing opportunities and finding areas for continuous improvement. Holly has a track record of building advanced, sustainable teams that thrive in the workplace, build productive relationships, and produce tools needed to allow a more holistic and experience-driven approach to healthcare. 

Our Track Record

  1. 14+ years of Oracle Health experience in global healthcare implementations, spanning various cultural and linguistic environments.

  2. Developed a Governance model, corresponding processes and tools, and implementation strategy for 6-organization integration in six months as Regional Director of Operations & Implementation strategy, while facilitating the training 73 permanent operations team members and advising on critical project strategies.

  3. Directed two $50M Oracle Health programs with over 100 team members each, managing risk, reporting, and digital strategy for Canadian health communities.

  4. Built 3 digital roadmaps for Canadian health systems, turning vision into strategic actions—2 roadmaps are still actively used today.

  5. Mentored 4 project managers in key operational skills, leading an extended team of 225 for improved program performance.

  6. Oversaw health workflow projects across 12 countries, aligning solutions to meet unique regulatory requirements in Europe and the Americas - bilingual in Spanish and English
